Before you pay

Add your products to the cart and enter the Australian delivery address at checkout. Standard delivery is free for valid Ingot 9000 retail orders. Any optional faster service and its cost will be shown before payment when available.

After you order

Keep the order number from the confirmation page or email. We use the email and phone entered at checkout if we need to contact you about the order.

Following the delivery

Once tracking is available, use the tracking details supplied for the order. You can also open Track Order to check the store status. Delivery time depends on the destination and service shown at checkout.

If something does not look right

Contact us with the order number if the address is wrong, tracking has not updated or the parcel has arrived damaged. Please contact us before sending anything back.
